Rate 1; Small Parts – Eg: Home button flex, screw sets.

Note; Rate 3 -Overweight Delivery Rate – Heavier items like iPad digitizers and tempered glass (The protective retail packaging we use adds weight and size) However its use limits your item being damage in transit, As stated tho added protection causes the package to be heavier than Canada post will allow for economy rates, and therefore a surcharge is applied to cover that added cost.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally picked-packed and shipped on the same business day, if your order is received before 15.00 MST if your order is received after 15.00 MST then your order will be despatched next business day. 

Delivery time is dependent on the service used and delivery location, we are not responsible for Canada posts delivery schedules or any failure of Canada Post to meet those published schedules.

Please be aware to we do not process your orders on weekend or holidays as Canada post do not pick up these days. Therefore, please allow another 1-2 business days to process your weekend orders.

We reserve the right to ship with our choice of courier. If the customer wishes their order to be shipped with a specific courier, additional charges may apply. Once a product has been released to the courier, it is subject to the courier’s shipping policies. 

Axiology Imports is not responsible for delays within the courier system outside of our control. Where possible, Axiology Imports will endeavour to provide updates in the case of such delays. Delays outside of our control do not grant the customer grounds for refund or cancellation of an order. Orders containing more than 1 item may be shipped in multiple deliveries at the discretion of our order fulfillment team, and may be shipped with different couriers. Additional shipping charges may apply for orders being delivered to a rural route. If additional shipping charges are required, Axiology Imports will contact the customer with a shipping quote before the order is shipped, and will hold the order until the additional charges are paid. A $20 fee will be applied for any failed deliveries resulting from refusal of package(s), incorrect addresses, or multiple delivery attempts being unsuccessful and returned to our warehouse. This fee is to recoup the costs of shipping to and from the delivery address.

Returns

Returns are accepted under either our 30 Day Change Your Mind Guarantee or our 90 Day Limited Warranty, for all online purchases.

Products returned must be pre-authorized via email conformation from (Services@CanadalogiX.com) and a return number issued before being shipped back to us.

The customer is responsible for paying the costs of both the return shipping and insurance if applicable for all 30 Day product returns. Online purchase returns may be refused if items are improperly shipped resulting in damage, it is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products being returned remain in perfect condition sealed within their original protective packaging or protective coverings unless a waiver is given by a customer relations manager, the product must not have been previously installed damaged or used, returning shipments in the same package that the product arrived in is preferred.

In the event of a 90 Day limited warranty claim, Canada LogiX will replace and ship the item immediately upon receiving the defective unit, replacements are not dispatched before to the original products return unless prior authorization is confirmed by a customer relations manager, alternatively If a warranty claim is urgent, the customer may elect to purchase a new unit, with the full purchase price being refunded once the defective unit has been received.
